Delivery Information

Our main goal is to ensure all our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services.

Provided items are in stock, equipment orders placed via our website are usually dispatched delivered within 5 – 7 working days. If items are out of stock and there is a long delay we will try and contact you to inform you about the same along with a likely date for the shipping.

Delivery is generally via DPD, Hermes Yodel and Royal Mail. Standard postage is £4.99 for UK deliveries but some heavy items will vary with weight and size (volume). When you get to checkout you will see the shipping cost added to your order automatically. If you have bought multiple items and you think shipping cost is too high, please save the order in your account and drop us an email on: info@theabsports.co.uk and we will see if we can reduce the shipping charges.

If you live locally you can collect from our showroom. You will get an email or phone call to let you know your order is ready.

We ship all around the world. Postage charges vary according to size, weight and location.

If you recently placed an order and you’re wondering why you haven’t received it yet, you should first check in your account whether we’ve dispatched it to you. If the item has been dispatched and you still have not received it, sometimes the post may not have been able to deliver your item as nobody was available to receive the package. You should receive a card from the post and be able to contact your local delivery office where you can pick up or rearrange delivery.

If you have ordered a cricket bat please allow up to 14 working days as every order is custom-made to some extent based on your requirements at time of purchase. And because we sell 100% genuine item, we need time to procure items from the manufacturer. Shipping in the UK is via a next day courier service, so please be aware that the courier will need a signed receipt so you may wish goods to be sent to your place of work.

Parcel contents are insured against loss when sent in order to minimise risk for all the parties involved. Confirmation of your online order is sent via E-mail.
